A: TKS Cable TV service is available on U.S. military facilities, government housing and leased housing areas, single soldier quarters and dormitories.
Kabel Digital Englisch is available Germany wide to off-base residents except for those living Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, and Nordrhein-Westfalen.

A: With your Cable TV subscription we’ll supply you with a connection cord - that’s all you need for basic service! TKS Cable TV is compatible with North American (NTSC) television sets, but with a multisystem set it’s also possible to tune in to local German channels.
TKS DigiPac utilizes a small decoder that provides parental screening of the service's adult programming.
Q: Is it better to have a multisystem TV?
A: TKS Cable TV service is compatible with North American (NTSC) television sets. You’ll get all of our English language channels with a standard American set, but with a multisystem set you’ll also receive local German channels that are broadcast over the European/PAL video format.
