If you already have Deutsche Telekom telephone service,
your number will remain the same when you change to TKSSnap!
You will not be without phone service during the changeover, because your
present phone line will not be disconnected*.
We guarantee a smooth changeover.

* in some circumstances a line must be temporarily disconnected
when a different service is requested i.e. upgrading to T-DSL.
