What do I need for Sign-up?

Applicants for Cable TV, Residential Phone Service, Internet Service or Mobile Phone Service*,
will need to provide the following information:

• Applicant info with permanent quarters address & APO address
• ID Card
• Bank information
• Contact numbers
• Previous occupants name & phone number
• Email Address
• * For mobile phone contracts customers are required to provide copies of orders, 24 month stay required,
  a valid credit card and Service Credit Union, Community or German bank account info.

• Deposits (upon sign-up):
  
• Cable TV Service 23 EUR
• TKS MovieChannel 8.69 EUR
• Initial Fee 15.34 EUR
• TKSSnap! Service 50 EUR*
• * deposit will be used to toward your final bill upon cancelling service.
