The COVID-19 pandemic is an evolving situation that will require everyone’s cooperation and will to work together in reducing its spread and impact. And although the pandemic is impacting the way in which we conduct our personal, social, and professional lives, one thing will remain constant. And that is our steadfast commitment in providing you and the entire military community with our full range of telecommunications products and services – now and throughout this time of difficulty.

Communication services within the private and public sectors, along with access to the most up-to-date information is one of the ways in which the coronavirus will be defeated. The coronavirus is an evolving situation and there is no tried-and-true playbook. TKS is therefore dedicated to developing novel and alternative solutions. For example we are deploying additional personnel and technical resources to our customer service hotline which will enable us to quickly and efficiently process requests that are normally handled at our Exchange retail locations.

This section of the TKS website will be continuously updated with TKS relevant news, customer information, and frequently asked questions. Also consider visiting us on Facebook as an additional resource for timely updates and useful community information.

At TKS, our continued and ongoing mission is serve the military community, providing quality products and essential services to service members and their families – especially during this time of adversity. TKS shops: limited reopening

March 28, 2020 – Select TKS shops will be reopening on a limited basis starting Monday, 4 May. Because of ongoing health and safety concerns, our shops will only be able to serve one customer at a time, and in some locations on an appointment-only basis. (TKS shops across Germany have been closed since March 19, 2020.)

We'd like to assist as many people as possible with all things that truly require a shop visit, such as new signups, purchases, and hardware drop-offs for example. Therefore we ask that all existing customers continue to make online payments, and to use the TKS hotline as the main point of contact for any routine service-related questions.

For existing TKS customers

If you need any assistance, please contact our service line. We are adding additional personnel to make it quicker and easier to accommodate your requests. If you need help with bill payments, scroll down to learn about making online payments.

For new arrivals in Germany

Currently all TKS shops are closed so if you need to get connected, please get in touch with our customer service hotline. We are working in cooperation with the Exchange, USO, and military communities in developing other creative solutions which we'll be updating here.

Billing & Payments

For TKS customers that already use online payments nothing has changed, please continue making your online payments as you always have.

If you used to pay your bills at a TKS shop, for now you'll need to switch to our online payment method. To get started, click on "myTKS" in the main navigation bar and then on "register". Then simply follow the on-screen instructions to create a free customer account with access to your online payment manager.

FAQ: billing & payments

  • Where can I pay my bills now that my local TKS shop is closed?
    You can pay all of your bills online here at the TKS website using your myTKS customer account.
  • How do I make online payments?
    Online payments can be made using the myTKS section here at the TKS website. Click on "myTKS" in the main menu and log in to your account. If you don't have a myTKS customer account, click on "register" to get started. Once you've created a myTKS account you'll have the option to pay individual invoices, or to set up automated monthly payments.
