easyConnect GO is prepaid high-speed internet and television service available for a day or week in duration. It includes 200 Mbps internet connectivity and easyTV Smart, which is real American television streamed directly from the states.

With easyConnect GO, you can sign up online for high-speed Wi-Fi and American television service at U.S. military installations throughout Germany.
To get started, you’ll need to be on-base in one of our public hotspots, or in a family housing which uses a private Wi-Fi network. When you’re in range, just connect to the Wi-Fi network "easyConnect GO" on your device, open a browser, and you’ll be redirected to the easyConnect GO signup page.

In order to activate your service from a public hotspot, please turn off “Private Wi-Fi Address” or “MAC address randomization” on your device. Instructions on how to update your MAC address settings can be found here.

How to watch easyTV
After purchasing an easyConnect GO pass, you will receive an email containing your easyTV username and password which you'll us to activate the channels in the easyTV app.
Step 1
Check your emails for the easyTV login information: username and password.
Step 2
Download and install the easyTV app on your devices.
Step 3
Launch the easyTV app and log in – then pick a channel and enjoy watching!
