UPDATE|2020.03.19

Due to the current COVID-19 situation all TKS shops will be closed as of March 19th until further notice. Nevertheless we are developing solutions that will enable us to provide our customers with the best possible support and service within this evolving and rapidly changing situation.

At this time, if you have any questions about your TKS services, including billing and payments, reporting a disturbance, or signing up for services, please direct all inquiries to TKS customer service either by phone or email.

Due to the current situation we have to change the hours of operation for our TKS shops Ramstein, Grafenwöhr, and Wiesbaden until April 12th to the following:

Monday-Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00
Sunday: closed
