- Can I get easyMobile Giga Connect on-base?easyMobile Giga Connect is currently only available off-base. TKS however does offer many money-saving residential solutions exclusively for on-base residents, please go to the easyConnect page for more details.
- If I move, can I use my service somewhere else?Yes, you can use easyMobile Giga Connect anywhere in Germany that has mobile coverage and a power outlet. Just take the modem to your new home, turn it on, and you’re ready to go online.
- Do I also need to have a regular easyMobile voice plan?Yes, easyMobile Giga Connect is only available in combination with a standard easyMobile service plan.
